Who Provides The Alcohol?
The state of Texas is considered a "dry hire state". This means it does not issue liquor licenses unless you have a brick-and-mortar business location. We are a mobile bartending business; which means we do not qualify for a liquor license with the state. To comply with the law, our Clients are required to purchase the alcohol and we are allowed to mix and serve it.We help our clients determine the amount of alcohol needed based on the event and drinks selected. After working closely to determine the customized drink menu we will provide you with an Alcohol Shopping List that can be ordered at your preferred supplier. We take pride in making this process as easy as possible!
How Far Does Cheers Chariot Travel?
All of our packages include travel up to a 30 mile radius of Zip code 76244. If an event is outside of the 30 mile radius we include a travel service add-on fee that will be determined and discussed at our first event consultation depending on event location.

Does Cheers Chariot Serve Non-Alcoholic Options?
Yes! We serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you would prefer to have an alcohol free event (mocktails), or a mixture of both, we work with you to customize the perfect custom drink menu for your special occasion and events!
What Is Cheers Chariot Payment Policy?
In order to secure your booking date and time, we require a 50% upfront deposit based on the full balance once details have been confirmed. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the event.
How Can I Start The Booking Process?
The first step in the process is to share with us a little bit about your event HEREAfter we receive all the details, and confirm date availability, we will send your customized quote and then an invoice. Once the 50% retainer has been paid, your booking is secured!We will then schedule a meeting to finalize all details, go over customized drinks, and make sure we have the perfect Drink Menu for you and your guests. Once final meeting concludes and remainder of balance is paid, you are fully booked!
